For Spine Surgeons
The Spine, In Gold
Vertebral anatomy translated into fine jewelry. Articulating links, each moving independently. Handmade in the USA. Built from the architecture of the spine.
The Origin
The Spine Had Been There The Entire Time
Julius grew up around spinal X-rays and anatomical diagrams. His father was a spine surgeon. Years later, that same visual language became the basis of ABALLE.
Before gold, the work moved through tattooing, sculpture, and form studies. The through-line only became obvious later: vertebral structure had been present in the work all along.
"I made something for the people who understand what a vertebra actually is." — Julius Margulies
The wearer is temporary. The piece is permanent.
The Craft
Jewelry Built From Anatomy, Not Inspired By It
If you spend your career operating on the spine, you do not need the anatomy explained. You recognize the discipline immediately. SPINALE preserves vertebral logic and lets the form do the talking.

The Piece
SPINALE Bracelet
Each link moves independently, the way vertebral units must. Light passes through the negative space the same way it passes through the structures that matter in the body.
The Collection
Sterling silver to 18K gold. Multiple sizes. Three gold tones.
